so Im getting my Blackberry Curve 8900 with no internet right now, cuz i dont really need it right now. But I do use facebook and twitter..can I still use those 2 without internet on the phone? and if I can how do I download it or where do i download it from? thanks

Friday, January 22nd, 2010We recently bought a house & there is 1 room where the wood is a yukky almost black colour like it’s rotting. We are planning to rent out the house for 12mths while we are designing the reno. We don’t want to spend much, just enough to make the floor look presentable and last 12mths for the tenants.
I would say the space is approx 2×3m. How did we fix the floorboards? What preparation work would we need to do? I understand you can paint over them but will we need to sand them? I don’t want the added cost of hiring a sander or paying someone to come & do it. Can we be cheapskates & buy sandpaper to sand the floors ourselves? I don’t mind the work.
What paint would people recommend? Is there such thing as waterproof floor paint? How long will paint take to dry? There is an inspection on Sat. I am in Melb, Australia.
Any help is much appreciated.
